Is this the official CSCS or CITB app?
No. CSCS Prep is an independent revision app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to CITB, CSCS Ltd or any card scheme. Our questions are original practice material written to the public syllabus outline — they are not real test questions. Book your actual test through the official test provider.
Does the app guarantee I'll pass?
No app can. What CSCS Prep gives you is honest readiness: original practice questions across every topic, mock exams in the real shape and time limit, and a readiness score that only climbs when your answers do.
What does the one-time purchase unlock?
Daily practice and Sign School are free. The one-time unlock adds unlimited timed mock exams, weak-spot review, the full case-study set and everything else — permanently, on all your devices, with no subscription.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Open Settings inside the app and tap “Restore purchase” while signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, not to the device.
Where is my progress stored?
On your device, and — if iCloud is on — in your own iCloud account, which syncs it to your other devices. We run no server and have no copy. Deleting the app and its iCloud data removes everything.
I found a question I think is wrong.
Please report it — there's “Report a question” in the app's Settings, or email us with the question text. A real person reviews every report and corrections ship in the next update.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. Apple decides refunds for App Store purchases; if you get stuck, email us and we'll point you the right way.
